Girl's Gymnastics
ASPIRE's recreational gymnastics program
is geared towards your child having a great time while learning the
exciting sport of gymnastics. Gymnastics is a great way for your
child to learn how much fun it can be to exercise, but it can also
teach them many valuable life lessons that will help them in the
future. These lessons include time management, respect, discipline,
working as a group and also as an individual, how to manage fear,
and self esteem.
ASPIRE offers classes for girls ages 5-18 in varying skill levels.
All of ASPIRE's coaches are trained to teach the levels they are
coaching onsite to ensure your child receives excellent training
with as little risk as possible. Although injuries cannot always be
prevented, ASPIRE strives to exceed every expectation in the areas
of safety and coaches education. With continuing education, our
coaches will remain educated on the latest and most innovative ways
to train gymnastics to all ages and skill levels.
All classes at ASPIRE follow preset lesson plans and skill charts
that allow you to check on your child's progress in class and also
to notice any strengths or weaknesses that need to be brought to
your attention. We encourage you to ask your child's coach after
class about their progress and hope that you can be an active part
in your child's development at ASPIRE.
Classes are 1 hour long and meet 1 time per week. The ratio
for class is 8 students to 1 instructor.
